Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT (also known as tapping!) goes back over 5000 years ago, to Tibet and later China and Japan.

It is based on the same energy meridians and points used in Acupressure and Acupuncture, combined with modern knowledge of how the mind works and heals itself.
Affirmations are said while tapping specific points on your head, core and/or hand. This technique starts an internal process, allowing you to let go of any issues and/or helps the two of us to determine what else needs to be done in order for you to move forward and away from problems or beliefs that limit your life.
