Stress or Feeling Under Pressure

Stress or feeling under pressure are two very common sayings I hear all too often.

The fact is we all lead much busier lives than we ever have. Even our children are now understandably stressed or feel under pressure to achieve certain things.

The pressure that society puts upon us now is stressful enough without the additions of simply being a good parent, running a home and keeping your relationships intact, to name just a few.

It is a rare person that never suffers from some sort of stress at some point in their life.

Depending on your level of stress and how it is effecting you will determine which of my many skills and resources I will use. However as well as working with you during our sessions I will also give you techniques to take home with you and use in every day life.


Some common signs that indicate you could be suffering from stress;

  • Feeling agitated or irritated with yourself or others
  • Shouting at others for no apparent reason
  • Believing everyone is against you or out to get you
  • Feeling life and everything is unfair towards you
  • Lack of concentration
  • Talking fast and sometimes not making sense
  • Constantly needing to be moving around or going somewhere
  • Struggling with or unable to do every day tasks
