Depression

Most of us will feel low or down at some point in our lives and usually we have good reason to.  However, if your mood is, or has been low for a long time now, that more often than not means that you have some form of depression.

Depression affects us all in many different ways.  Some of us thrive on being extremely busy, having lots to do and stressful situations, though some of us find the aforementioned particularly difficult to deal with and feel that those situations affect our self esteem and bring us down.


Some signs of Depression;

  • Feeling low and down most of the time
  • Change in sleeping patterns
  • Change in eating habits
  • Loosing or gaining weight
  • Lack of interest in life
  • Reduced sex drive
  • Feeling worthless and hopeless
  • Irritable, agitated and tearful
  • Your future seems bleak and you have occasional suicidal thoughts   
  • Unable to concentrate, even on simple things

By using a whole host of skills and techniques that I have been taught, designed and developed I can help you deal with and overcome your depression quickly.  We will then work on raising your self esteem to get you to your optimum levels of happiness, allowing you to move forward towards a contented and fulfilling life with ease and confidence.
