Anxiety

Anxiety, Panic and fear are normal feelings and emotions. We feel anxious, afraid and panic when we are in life threatening or difficult situations, these feelings force us to be aware of what is going on around us and will motivate us to take some sort of action in order to protect ourselves.

However, if you are feeling anxious, having panic attacks or feeling fearful on a regular basis, then these emotions need to be addressed and dealt with, so you can have a fulfilling future and life.


Some signs of Anxiety and Fear are;

  • Feeling worried often or all the time
  • Tired and drained, yet unable to sleep
  • Feeling irritable though you are not sure why
  • Lack of concentration
  • Talking fast and sometimes not making sense
  • Constantly needing to be moving around or going somewhere

Signs you are having a Panic Attack;

  • Wanting to get out of somewhere quickly
  • A sudden unexpected rush of anxiousness
  • An overwhelming feeling of fear
  • A feeling or fear of losing control
  • Breathing very quickly
  • Heart pounding
  • Sweating more than normal

Using a combination of techniques I have been taught and then developed on, I have always had fantastic results with anxiety and fears. So much so that often people forget why they came to me in the first place or what their fear was!
