Anger

Everyone feels angry from time to time and it is a normal emotion to feel. However, prolonged bouts of anger often turns to aggression and this will affect a person’s health and well being.

Anger will impact on an individual’s view of the world, themselves and other people. It will also influence someone’s moods, relationships, self esteem or confidence. Anger will usually sway a human beings personality and behaviour at work and in their social life.

Suppressing anger often results in a person having a calm exterior for sometimes prolonged periods of time, though they will frequently have outbursts of rage and possibly resentment.

Constantly being stressed, anxious or under pressure commonly turns to anger and often goes unrecognised. This is simply because most of us lead extremely stressful lives these days.
