About me

I am a fully qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a member of the International Neuro Linguistic Programming Training Association (INLPTA).

Based in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, I have over 20 years experience as a personal therapist working within health clubs, the NHS, private clinics and salons in and around Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Using my extensive knowledge and training, I specialise in providing solutions for people's problems, issues and phobias. I also concentrate on personal development, guidance and coaching.

About how I work

I pay particular attention in getting to the root or core of issues such as anger, depression, stress, anxiety, drug/alcohol addiction or misuse, stressful/unhealthy relationships and many more problems that are detailed in the Issues I work with section.

I will always encourage you to find the positive learning’s in all situations, past, present and future. You will also be given techniques that you can use at home or at work that will help you move forward, enriching your life and well being.

I also specialise in confidence building, raising your self esteem, inspiring and coaching you to progress in whatever it is that you want to evolve with or in, even if you don't know what it is yet!

I believe if you want change you can have it and you can have it as quickly as you want it.

I always practice what I preach therefore I am continually studying, learning new/different techniques and constantly 'working' on myself. So you will often hear me say “I do know how you feel, I have been there and I have done what I am asking you to do. Sometimes it's hard, though I promise you the end result will be worth it”
